Thus, customisation in terms of processing common batches are possible as common reagents can be kept in bigger reagent bottles and uncommon reagents can be keep separately in reagent tubes based on the requirement.
What if there less sample volume in reagent tube/bottle while the assay is ongoing?
The instrument undergoes a level sensing stage where in all the required volumes of reagents required to process the batch are checked by the instrument. Upon conformation, that the required volume are suffice to perform the batch, the instrument will ask permission to perform the batch.
