How many wash buffers can be connected at the same time?

There is a provision to connect one wash buffer, Since LisaWash II uses a submersible pump, any number of wash buffers can be used.

Does the washer have automatic buffer switching facility?

Buffer switching has to be done manually

Is there a facility to prime in between wash cycles?

The instrument automatically primes the manifold before each wash cycle, alternately there is provision to prime manually.

Is the wash buffer container pressurized?

Lisa Wash II uses a submersible to dispense wash buffer, so any container can be used.

Does the waste can have a waste level sensor?

Yes, this prevents waste from flow back into the instrument & avoid contamination.

Can we wash magnetic beads?

Magnetic beads cannot be washed on Lisa Wash II.
