What is the sample capacity of LISA XL.

LisaXL allows running multiple parameters for up to 272 samples in a single batch.

How many buffers can be loaded on LISA XL.

The instrument has a provision of 6 wash buffer bottles & 1 DI.

Does the instrument have continuous loading.

Continuous batch loading is possible subject to timeline management..

How many probes are in LISA XL?

This is a 2 probe system, where 2 samples are simultaneously dispensed; this improves productivity & minimizes assay drift. Full pate sample dispensing is done in less than 14 Minutes.

How many incubators are in LISA XL?

LISA XL has 6 independent incubators
Each incubator can incubate between temperatures of 5°C-50°C
Each incubator has an inbuilt orbital shaker with shaking speeds of 200 to 800 RPM and adjustable time

Can we program multiple assays in the same plate?

Up-to 12 assays can be programed in the same plate.

What is the throughput of LISA XL?

Being a batch processor, through put depends on the kits in use, no of samples tested in a batch, timing can vary depending on the assay times.
